The CDC and WHO recommends universal non-surgical mask usage to decrease community spread of COVID-19. We aim to use an evidence-based approach to design and fabricate reusable homemade masks that are as effective as surgical masks. These masks are provided free of charge for at risk individuals in our community. Those who have frontline work, over 60 years old or multiple health problems like diabetes, heart issues or kidney issues can request masks for free.
